Hello Thea, great question. Well first I would like to say that every person in this world has inner strength.Whether they can draw on it is another question entirely.
To me, my inner strength is my ability to never give up.That means when things are not going well I can draw from my inner strength to help me get through any predicament. My inner strength gives me the extra boost I may need to overcome this.
It is a special sense we all have in our spirit or inside our selves that seems to energize us when we need it too. Kind of like a friend that supports you and lifts you when you are feeling down.
It can also give you the discipline you need to keep going forward.
For example if you were stranded in the desert miles from food or water and civilization. You would reach deep down for your inner strength and use it as a means to continue on until you find help.
We need our inner strength without it there would be much more quitters than what we see today. With your inner strength all things are possible as long as you never give up! Thank you for your question it certainly gave me more inner strength to use.

Inner strength is the ability to put yourself out there day after day, good or bad, no matter what is happening in your life and do the best you can for yourself and others. It's the ability to continue to move forward when things are bad and to see the light at the end of the tunnel instead of dwelling on problems and obstacles.

Inner strength is when your mind takes over your
body and says do what is the best for you not the first
thing that comes to mind. Your inner strength takes control and gets you through,

Having the courgae of your convictions in the face of adversity or ridicule or even peer pressure.
Standing your ground takes a strong moral compass and belief in one's own good opinion.
