Feedback is not a good system. If you throw stone at them, they will throw it back to you regardless if you were a good customer or not.

If I remember it correctly, you are only allow 1 reply on feedback regarding as you as the buyer and 1 feedback for the seller.

Go to the bottem and look for Reply for Feedback.

You can go to the eBay site map and there is a direct link for replying to feedback. If your feedback was unfair you should muster up a negative that will make the seller want a feedback withdrawal. If you left the seller positive feedback already, just use the feedback withdrawal form: http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MFWRequest

The actual feedback is permanent, but your feedback score will return to it's prior standing.

Click on the help tab at the top, type "reply to feedback" in and click on the link. You only get one response to what they left you. Try to leave as much detail as you can. You can also leave feedback for them (if you havent already). You may want to try to contact the person and see if they would agree to a mutual withdrawal. I had a seller not too long ago that I really didnt think would agree, but she surprised me and withdrew her negative feedback. Its worth a shot! Good Luck!
