I hate to say it but iI have a bad feeling about Utd will screw up (they usually nvr do so good in the first 1/2 of the season) and let chelsea close the gap, i think the gap will certainly be less that 9 pts at the end of the season, the game against Liverpool was a major disappointment and only beating lille by 1-0 (in contaversial fashion). i disagree that fergy will retire at the end of this season.
Manchester United forever.

yea i agree it will be man utd now unless something goes incredibly wrong for them because they are a full 9 points above Chelsea. I believe maybe in December when it was a 6 point separator Chelsea had a good chance but its getting iffy...
And in an answer to sean g's answer I saw on TV yesterday that Sir Alex has said that he will be with Man for a few more years.

It's going to take one monumental ****-up for Man U not to win it now. They ground out that win against Fulham last week and then somehow managed to get a result at Anfield, totally against the run of play. That is the hallmark of champions. Their post-match celebrations reminded me of Chelsea's after their win at Blackburn two years ago. They knew then, as United do now, that they can only throw it away. And it pains me to say it but I've got a horrible feeling they're going to beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, not only clinching the title but ending Chelsea's amazing unbeaten home record.

Man Utd. this will be Fergie's last stand. He'll retire after this. He'll retire as Top Boy.Chelsea have defensive problems, and there's talk of "The Chosen One" leaving which will unsettle his side.

Form is temporary, Class is permenant. The sooner people realise that the sooner Man-Utd are handed the trophy.
