I hear Jim Jones gave a good speech right before the Kool-ade was passed around?

The declaration of independence is another

and the Gettysburg address... "Four score and seven years ago."

President Nixon's speech "I am not a thief."

President Kennedy's speech "Ask not what your country can do for you..."

Martin Luther King's speech... "I had a dream"

I would say that the easiest way is to Google lines from them and see what happens.

I do not know of a "Famous quotes from speeches." website sorry...

search 'famous speeches' or 'speeches' on eMule (P2P client) and download them - audio + text. I got Churchill, Martin Luther King, etc'... (and not just English speeches)

the discovery channel and the biography channel sell dvd's and vhs on this very subject you can also go to a bookstore or your local library.
