How can contact somebody in another country?

I used to know a woman from New Zealand when she lived in this country for a while. Unfortunately she moved back to New Zealand to train as a parachutist and I've never seen her since. That was 3 years ago. I would love to contact her again, but I have no idea where she lives, I only know her name.
