I hope so! Just think how it would make the cons and repugs scream to learn that they have to be polite to all those funny people they don't like!

Are you asking if it's becoming required? Personally I was unaware that it is. As far as comments, I could care less, I think its a waste of time but hey, as long as I keep getting a paycheck I'll take a day in any class they want me to take.
Pick and choose your battles.

If I was required to attend I would quit my job. I mean what I say, and if you don't like it too bad. I'm considerate of my audience and I try to be a decent person. What more can anyone ask. As a society we are way, way, too sensitive.

People need to learn to be more insensitive for they complain about nothing for a profit incentive. I.E. they are quote harassed a thing with monetary value while they actually aren't being harassed, meanwhile hard working folks are truly being harassed because they are getting the displaced anger of the boss from the ad infinitium complaining employee.

In many cases it is. What sensitivity training is about however is an attempt to lay guilt on white people for their ability to recognize incompetence in the affirmative action hires who have taken their jobs

Sensitivity training used to be just called "good manners". Then, of course, it was deemed "old fashioned" not to mentioned sexist/racist/etc to do quaint things like hold a door open for a lady, to respect one's elders etc. Now, since good old fashioned manners are out dated and just not taught anymore ( wouldn't want to offend anybody!), we have to teach all these ill-mannered spawn of the Baby Boomers how to behave in public. Pathetic.
Thank goodness my boomer parents showed good sense and taught me how to act right in front of folks. Geesh.

Good lord I hope not.
If we're getting to the point where we have to go to training to not offend people, then we need to figure out why everyone's so offended these days.

I think its a waste of time. It's usually just common sense, like don't tell blonde jokes when there's a blonde in the room.
