0.125 = 1/8

If your exponential term is (-2/5), then by my calculator
25^(-0.4) = 0.276, and
0.125(25)^-2/5 = (1/8)(0.276) = 0.0345

If your exponential term is (-2), and the quantity of 25^(-2) is divided by 5, then
25^(-2) = 0.0016, and 25^(-2) / 5 = 0.00032, and
0.125[(25)^-2]/5 = (1/8)(0.00032) = 0.00004

Hope one of these is helpful to you.
