Google Kelly Blue Book or NADA Blue Book, that should do it.

Unless you are buying or selling from a dealer forget the official guides. When bikes get to that age they are only worth what people are willing to pay. Have a look on biketrader and see what others are selling for.

That bike has always been popular with tourers and is usually well looked after so has held it's value quite well.

£1200 if it's a real dog with 50,000+ miles,
£1500 if it's nice honest one with about 30,000 miles,
£1800 if it's immaculate with sub 20,000 miles.

it's 17 years old mate. mileage? condition? it's prob worth more to the owner that the purchaser. superb engine, exhausts can be knackered in the joint in the manifold, even on fairly new ones. a good thorough look over, history of the machine, taken into consideration. I'd say less that 1000, maybe in great condition 1000 max. hope that helps.
