Hyderabad of course. Its the hot and happening city of India, infact, better than Bangalore. People in South India have a better sense of purpose, sincerety, are warm and sensitive. All these qualities are found in Hyderabad more than in Vishakhapatnam.

Its relative.
A person inclined to Information Technology and bigger city would like Hyderabad more.
A person loves dry fish and sea would like Visakhapatnam's better.
Economy wise Hyderabad is backed up by IT and other smaller industries and profession where as Visakhapatnam's is baked up with its sea port, steel plant and heavy industries.
Both the cities are different. Both are best it its own field.
You can not compare Sachin Tendulkar with David Beckham.
