Is it becoming a required thing in the schools and in the workplace? Comments?

If the parents would do a better job with their kids, this would not be as necessary. We have been taught not to tolerate differences

some places require it right away....state/federal.

others require on as need basis...major corps. if u screw up

and some places need it....like hte back country magazine i used to design for....the n-word slipped out waayy to much in conversations
