i saw some products that i am interested in buying but it is not sold in singapore and the company selling the item does not offer worldwide delievery on single item purchase.

The easiest way is to use the vpost service offered by the Singapore Post Office. They will provide you with an in-country address so that the company you are buying from can ship direct within the country (and you get free delivery if that is offered by the website).
Then they will ship it back to you in Singapore at normal international shipping rates. I think they currently have vpost services for Japan and USA.

Get a friend in that country to buy it for you, or look for it in Ebay. The seller in Ebay may be able to arrange shipment to you here.
