What type of lawyer do I need to contact? I have proof where they screwed up.

Added - They screwed up in a way where I asked them to OMIT my address. Not only did the put my address in, they put my OLD address and phone number in, too, under a similar name. So now I have people showing up to my HOUSE thinking it is a business front, which my home is not zoned for. So not only are potential customers getting pissed off, my neighbors are, too, and have contacted the township where I am getting threats of fines. AT&T screwed this up the year before, too, putting my address in. I told them that I didn't want to pay for the remaining bill for my advertisement and they said that was fine. Now I am getting collections calls on that.

You can contact any lawyer that handles business contracts. Check with your local Bar Association for a referral.

However, you'll probably find that in the contract you signed, you agreed that their liability is limited to the cost of the advertising, so at best, you're only going to get your money back, and that's the best-case scenario.

Good luck!
