2ZnS + 3O2 > 2ZnO + 2SO2

ZnS + O2----->ZnO + SO2
now,
In left hand side(l.h.s)
Zn=1; S=1; O=2
In right hand sid(r.h.s)
Zn=1;S=1;O=3

so now we balance it
2ZnS + 3O2-----> 2ZnO + 2SO2

now if you check
left hand side- Zn=2; S=2; 0=6;
right hand side- Zn=2; S=2;0=6;
hence it is balanced
