Do you look at your husband thinking--"God-- please kill him while I am still young and good looking so I can get somebody else."? Just curious about why some women feel like this?

I was married for a very long time to an abusive and neglectful husband. I never wanted divorce and I tried very very hard to be a good wife and mother. BUT..............I used to wish he would just die suddenly of a drop-dead heart attack or get hit by a truck walking off the curb. I didn't want him to suufer necessarily, just to be gone and out of our lives with no litigation or further pain. I figured that it would be easier on everyone if he died (he was and is a miserable bastard) rather than having to go through a drawn out divorce (he's a lawyer!!!!)

I'm a woman and have never thought that,I don't really know why/if some women feel this way. I'm sure it's a 2 way street, though......if some women feel this, then men may as well. It would be a whole lot easier to just leave than to have thoughts like those!

no, but i do ask God to take me far away from here so that he can live a happy and fullfilling life without me. he thinks he can't live without me and that is complete non-sense. i will still be good looking when i'm 70, so i guess i shouldn't have answered this question as it doesn't pertain to me =) lol
i'm sorry you feel that you have to stay in a relationship that your woman doesn't care more about you. why don't you get a divorce?

Never! Having my husband in my life is one of the greatest blessings I could ever receive.
I don't know why a woman would be married to someone she wishes would die, other than she's waiting for the old-fart to pass-on so she get her greedy little clows on his money.

If a woman truly feels like that, she shouldn't have gotten married in the first place!! (And she better be careful, because God could arrange for her to be just as ugly on the outside as she is in her heart!)

With my ex-husband..I did.
I would pray for him to run into a tree on his way back from drinking.
After 3 totaled cars and a DUI...he was more of a liability than a partner.

No. I looked at my husband and thought that he is really a good person under all of that anger and I can see myself wheeling him around when we get old. I am sorry that he didn't feel the same.

You need HELP. You are sick. I really do not know women who feel like this. If you think you are so damn good looking, divorce the man, rather than pray for his death, and go after somebody else. Seek help first, or you may feel this way with your new man.
