Negative aspects ...
1) Children do not know what is a postage stamp
2) Teenagers begin to forget how a postage stamp looks like
3) Legs get shorter and people gets fatter when shopping can
easily be made thru the internet.
4) More gambling / porn addicts are 'born'

Positive aspects ....
1) Useful Information can be retrieved so easily and quickly
2) Keeps people in close contact from anyplace around the world
as long as there is availability of internet

How would you feel about having lots of resources at the tip of our fingers?
Fast mail to friends, Information, research about anything you can think of. If you are serious in life and want to get somewhere, can you make it these days without an Email address ? A business Website ?
With the lack of social life due to the pressure of life, the Internet is the refuge for many where they can compensate for the lack of interactions with information that feeds their brains one way or another.
Since you apparently use the Internet yourself, you try staying without for over a month, I am sure that you will at least a couple of times say " If I had Internet access I could have looked into this more..."

Now, What do you think about the Internet and it's effect on you ? :-)

Some kids (mostly kids are affected) play games and stuff like that alot, go on MSN, and so on they don't get off... that's how :o

They are going berserk including myself with all the junk mail thats flooding in.
