Why won't my computer recognize my muvo mp3 player anymore? it wont work on my dads either.help?

its a small one, and it is the detatchable thing that you can take out of the casse and put iot into the computer. it doesnt have a screen. also i just got it last year. it will play the old songs but th computer wont recognize it to download more. please help

try another usb cable to test it - sometimes that cables act up and causes weird problems like that - if not then you just might be out of luck - if still under warranty better get it in for service asap
