I have mbit from Virgin and it really flies, it doesn't touch the BT network and i can get sustained (as opposed to burst) speeds of 1.1MB per second which will allow me to download an album in around 70 seconds, get your TV with them too and fone and they are giving cracking deals at the moment to try and compensate for Sky turning them over
