under the head where the shaft begins looks like its peeling after being at the hot tubs. doesnt hurt never had any pain or discharge. what could this be?

it has what looks like small tears all the way around but only in that small spot. it looks kind of red but causes no pain even if you push or touch or whatever

It's probably a fungal infection. You need to get hold of an anti-fungal cream or powder from your local pharmacy and apply it to the affected area. Read the directions carefully before use.

Dont mess around with your tool. Go see doc. May infections are completely curable in the beginning.

Might have gotten irritated from the heat or the chlorine that's in the water
