This is tricky... Girls are so random and unpredictable... I would say go somewhere that you enjoy going to. That way, you already have one thing in common. See a girl you find interesting and observe her for a while. Eventually, she'll do something you like or dislike. If you dislike, all you've done is waste some time and move on. If you like, consider what ice breaking lines could you start with and go from there, incorporating the things that you've noticed in the little time you've seen her. If she's stuck up in any way, move along.. There's plenty of other people who aren't bitches.

Be yourself!! Girls like guys to be funny, out-going, down-to-earth and just simply fun to be around! Start out with making the girl your friend and just hang out!!
