Serena's forehand is sort of streaky. It's a really good shot, but you may actually be better of learning from Steffi Graf's forehand. Either way, Serena has a book out that probably answers your question exceptionally well. I believe it is called "How to play tennis (Discover How to Play the Williams sisters way)" and she co-wrote it with Venus. She goes through the strokes and the mental game and stuff like that. Actually I don't think you should try to hit a forehand like anyone, but find your own way. Steffi had an amazing forehand, but technically very difficult. Everyone has their own style, and from own experience I suggest to just do what suits you most. Look at Jim Courier, Sergi Bruguera, Thomas Muster, etc. Very different techniques, but some of best forehands.

It would take a lot of strength training, a lot of practice, and talent like Serena Williams. It wouldn't be easy.
