I'm listening to Launch Cast Plus 'quiet storm' and it's playing songs that should'nt be on that station, why?

All of the preprogrammed Launchcast stations (like Quiet Storm) have the music selected for them by individuals at Yahoo Music. Usually, one person is responsible for programming many stations.

If you encounter music that you don't think belongs to a particular station, you can e-mail them at [e-mail] . Tell them what station you are listening to and what songs you heard that you don't think belong. Give them as much info as possible: song title, album name, artist name, and track ID if you have it. (You can see the track ID if you click on the song title while it is playing in your player. The track ID will be in the URL of the window that opens for the song info.)

I can't guarantee that they will make a change, but this is the best chance you have of having your opinion heard.
