I dont know if that is true. Kate Beckinsale, Minnie Driver, Cathrine Zeta Jones (from Wales but close enough), Kate Winslett are all from England and none look like men to me

Have you looked at American women recently.
Forget just men in drag, many look like linebackers who are out of training, and have no taste in clothes.
