What in the world is wrong with my car???? I was fine on Friday.. then saturday its completely messed up ?? Does any one have any idea why there would be sparks coming from my exhaust and why there is no power / shaking & loud noise?

It sounds as though your car has jumped its timing or has grounded plugs.
WHen a car runs, the pistons fire in a particular order at a specific time. This timing is done with a firing order module and a timing belt. This could be the problem.
Also, the problem could be a loose spark plug wire or a dead plug. Do you have oil leaking near the spark plugs? The plug could be grounded, causing the car not to go very fast.
So I would check for a grounded plug. If there is excessive oil, get an engine degresser to cleanit up. Possibly changing the plugs and wires would be a start. If this doesn't help, you have a firing problem initally mentioned. It would be best to have a garage "re-time" the car.

Sounds familiar, my cavalier is having alot of troubles itself with not starting or surging. It sounds alittle different than my problem because my car didn't turn over again after it died, but i took it the the shop 3 times and they said it was the fuel pump each time and then it died again...Taking my car in again tonight...I wish professionals actually knew what the hell they were doing. Good luck!

for some reason, your engine is out of time...that is the timing is off.
could be your distributor, distributor cap, bad spark plugs, bad spark plug wires, bad coil...you need to take it to a shop where they can run diagnostics on it...this alone will probably cost $100, however it will save you from buying parts you do not really need. your problem is somewhere in your electrical system...probably the timing

judging by your description i would have to say that the timing belt/chain has jumped. thus causing the valves to possible hit the piston tops. this will cause low power, rough running and sparks to come out the tail pipe.
