Ok, Tear makes me think of crying tears, and mirra is the Spanish word for Myrrh (which was used as a burial herb)...so I think of "tears of mourning" when I hear the name.
Tiamirra as someone suggested above is cute.

Sorry but I do not like it. First of all it sounds like somebody you would find at a sleezy stripclub. Second of all no one is ever going to pronounce it right or spell it correctly. Think of your child on a playground surrounded by bullies unfortunately that is what may happen.
