It's Candi Staton featuring The Source (whoever that might be!) with You Got The Love... there are a few different versions of it though, the original blippy one was early 90s, then there was a remix in 1997 making it more orchestral and dramatic and there was another remix recently, seemingly based on the 1997 version... hope you get the right one
