We have tested and accepted reviews on all three systems. As far as graphics are concerned the xbox 360 and PS3 capable of 1080p are both similar since the xbox has recently released a 1080i update allowing the 360 to display full 1080i on 1080i capable t.vs. Prior to this update the 360 couldn't go 1080i.
Playstation 3 does offer more out off the box than Xbox 360, and
# PS3 premium-60 gig
# Blue Ray disk capable (each disk holds more data than hddvd)
Xbox 360 Premium-
# 20 gig hard drive
# Has awesome Great game titles and exclusives
# 1080i update available (hddvd)- but not blue Ray
# Xbox 360 currently has more games available and Halo 3 is soon to be released.
Currently xbox is reported to releasing a black xbox360 that may have 1080p capabilities to compete with the ps3.
Great graphics can only come from great game developers so check the game developers sites to see what they are doing to take advantage of the 1080p capabilities.

The Playstation 3
It can hold up 1080p but the Xbox 360 can only hold 1080i.

The 360 is better, the ps3 is a dressed up ps2.

wid out doubt the PS3 if ur only lukin fr graphics!1
plus its a heavy engine with cell broadband chip which is made by SONY,TOSHIBA,AND IBM together!!
so u know what iam talkin about!!!
plus, again its got NVIDIA graphic card in it...i think u shud know what it is:):)

the ps3 has way btter graphics with the blu-ray and 1080p the graphics are unbeatable
