Have you entertained the thought of marrying for love? Or are you just looking for someone to clean your house and give you sex without paying for it? If you want to be treated "like a man" why don't you try acting like one? If you want respect you earn it, you can't make someone respect you.

Actually, you might find it even harder to deal with if you've been raised in a Western culture. Yes, they are submissive, but they're also very, VERY passive aggressive. They may have been raised to be submissive to men, but they've also been raised with the mental idea that their husband will be the sole provider. Not just that you'll have a job, but that you will have a GREAT job, bringing in tonnes of money (which the majority will go to her to raise the kids and look after the house), will provide her with a car of her own, and pay for everything, including putting the kids through college. And while they will never nag you outright for these things, if you fail to deliver on anything, ANYTHING, you will have a miserable life. And if you ever do something stupid like have an affair, you're screwed, with no access to divorce. Go spend some time in a mall and look at the Indian and Pakistani couples there. Look at the face of the man and figure out if he's happy or not.
Yes, they will be submissive, but that doesn't mean that they will be powerless in a marriage.
Also, learn some geography. The middle east is not where you think it is.

Only if your down with her "Religion" should you marry one, from the "Middle East".. Oh, also you have to not be Imbarrassed by her desire, to want to wear the whole "Garment-Get-Up!!" Because believe me, she wont want to give that up!! They dont have to shave their legs, or armpits, or wash thier hair or anything, when they have these on!! So, you might want to pick someone who has better Hygeine-knowledge, like an Hispanic, woman from "Mexico" but then they dont shave their legs or armpits either.. They are however, "Very good Cooks!!!" And they work hard at whatever they do.. I know all of this because my sister's "Muslum" and I was raised in the Big City, and saw how the Latina woman are, with my own eyes!! And they were straight from Mexico, trust me on this one!!! So, maybe you should go with a "Russian" woman, I heard they do shave, and they do have "Good Hygeine Skills".. Good luck either way, hun!!! Smile!!!

no i dont think you should marry a women from the middle east!!! just becouse some middle east women are raised to be submissive does not mean that they are. respect does not come from a women being submissive towards you and if you feel you need someone to treat you like a man you should ask yourself Do you act like a man???

your are too narrow minded,not all woman of middle eastern origin are naive even if your going to those places you cant be sure that you can find what you want except maybe in some remote areas in those places,heres a tip for you,treat woman the way they want you to treat them and they will treat you like a king

I think that it is horrible that you want a wife that is submissive and not your equal. A maariage is about give and take. Not take, take, take. I think you should mature a little before you get married at all. I bet you would be an abussive husband.
