my local tesco`s in west London has thirty disabled parking spaces...you cant blame tesco`s if they are all taken.

I work for tesco stores, there is not much the store can do all they can do is put a sticker/leaflet on the customers car if they are not displaying a badge other than that the store hands are tied. Also the store i work in a know that tesco dont look after the carpark it is an outside company. You can try to complain to head office about the car park situation and explain maybe they should have more spaces for badge holders as i know we only have about 5! Hope this helps.
Ask in stores for head office details.

Contact customer services at your local store. I complained once but didnt get very far. It was christmas time and they were playing Feed the World over the sound system. they thought it was hysterical that I complained. Good Luck.

there`s not much u can do,if it were me id let their tyres down.it`s the ignorant selfish, lazy twitters that do this. one other way would be take a photo of the car showing number plate, blow it up and paste it where people can see it.write on not disabled but disgusting.
