Actually there are 22 episodes in Season 3, as there are in Season 1. Season 2 has 23 episodes. I know this as I have Seasons 1-3 on DVD (as Australian TV only ever showed the first 10 eps and I couldn't live without seeing the rest).

According to the website there are 16 episodes.
