even if kids parents are not married the state always have the moral obligation to protect there kids with regards to feuding parents and if proven that a man is a dad to that kid he will be obligated to share or support this kid in any shape or form

What do you mean "talking about benefits"? Used to be when folks had children they would do whatever it took to support them.........they didn't expect the state to take care of them because there was no welfare system. If a family fell on hard times their church would help them.
After raising 3 daughters and what I see today, I believe the biggest thing kids miss out on is not having both parents in the home, and having a STABLE environment.

I think the only thing the kids might miss out on is the marriage tax break that married families get, plus a married couple are more likely to own their own house, which is important for kids to grow up in a stable household.

They loose out on knowing that mom and dad share the same last name and they do not know if they will ever marry or not. This is quite unsettling for children. Marriage is supposed to last forever but living together is not really a commitment and any one of them could just walk out any day and be done with it. Marriage creates a much more stable environment to be raised in i believe.

Kids lose the benefit of learning how a long term relationships work.

They lose a sense of stability and permanence especially if mom and dad start dating again.

It damages a kids self esteem especially if they feel responsible.

I could go on but look if you can work it out then do so. If you can't then get your kids a therapist because they will lose out big time.

I think you'd really need to speak with an attorney for any legal advise you are seeking. A lot depends on the state you live in.

I'm not sure if you were married and then divorced, or if you were never married. Only an attorney is going to be able to answer this, good luck.

As long as they are loved and cared for and protected by you (and your partner if they still see them)then you have nothing to worry about. Benefits are given per child for food and clothing ect. Also tou can receive money for other needs like beds, bedding, furniture, all the things you would need for a move to other living arrangements.(home for you and kids).they will get all they need but you have to see about the benefits yourself. You can get all the advice you need from citizens advice (in your phone book). They will tell you which forms to ask for and even help you fill them in.you can even apply for an holiday 1 a year somwhere like butlins for you and kids they pay for it.Also you can apply for loans which you dont pay interest for and is deducted from your weekly benefit making it easy not to get into debt with mail order catalogues or loan sharks.also grants for things like a new cooker, fridge,to a new coat and shoes for kids. But not luxeries like a TV you would use your loan for that type of thing.HOPE IV HELPED GOOD LUCK.This is in england, dont know about anywere else.SOZ.

i've got lost 5 pounds in my first week. it particularly is my 10th day and that i've got risk-free salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean rooster) as you stated. After 4 years of attempting, the fat is finally coming off. It rather feels like magic! start at present!
