I would recommend Ozz. He is originally from Houston, then went to L.A. to establish himself and has come back and is building his client list.

Their tatoo's are less expensive than most other places and they do good work.

go to Dagoes off of 59 they are awsome good price very talented.
My husband and I both got ours from there and they are really great.
