I am an AMERICAN. My ancestors were from various European countries, but I have no personal connections to any of them. They were too many generations ago. USA all the way!

I'm a Texan. I consider myself to be a Texan. I don't know how I'd identify with my "ancetors" when I don't even know where they were from.

I consider myself an american. I wish I could zip Jesse Jackson's lips. He started this African-American crap and the media jumped on board.

I consider myself an American/Texan (yeehaw!) even though I know my ancestors are Irish and Welsh. That's only for myself though, can't talk for others.
