You where going over the speed limit -- you could try to fight it but I don't think you'll win.
Good luck and slow down!

What you should do is first of all is admit to breaking the law. Then ask the judge if he would consider lowering the ticket to a violation for less than 10 miles per hour. This way probably in Oklahoma you would only lose 2 points versus 4 points on a violation greater than 10 mph. Most of the time the judge will ask the officer who stopped you if you were cooperative and showed respect and if so the judge will lower your violation to less than 10 mph, but you will still have to pay the fine. That is normally how it works, and that is what I would suggest since you have never had a speeding ticket before. When you go to your hearing dress in nice casual slacks and a nice shirt and be extremely respectful to the judge and the officer who stopped you for speeding.

Just pay it.
1. You will lose.
2. Wasting the court's time really pisses off the judge. He will make you pay the ticket and court costs.
3 Slow down. Whatever it is will still be there.

Noper, you'll never win. The cops always prevail...unless you happen to be a "royal relative" of someone from an oil rich nation. Just pay the ticket and slow the F down.

depends on what your time is worth, you would need to gather data on the type of radar gun they used, when it was last calibrated, when the last time the cop was certified ( if he is even certified ) on proper use,, if he tracked you with the car speedo, then when if ever was that calibrated and how can they guarantee that it is a accurate reading.
