Do you live in a right to work state? if so they can fire you for no reason. If you don't then they might be looking at poor treatment to get you to quit. continue with company training and hang in there and as soon as you can take another job. You can collect unemployment whether you have been fired or you quit it all depends on the circumstances.

Any smart employer will try to get you to quit first, because if they fire you there is the possibility that you will come back at them wanting unemployment. So their idea is to make it as hard as possible for you to stand your job and just quit. Saves them the headache. I sure would put my resume out there and start looking for a new job soon though, unless you enjoy the torture at work now. Good luck

Dont worry, whatever happen on monday you will have to face it. I hope that you will no be fired and IF you get fired, just be cool. It's not gonna be the end of the world. Look for job somewhere else. Listen to the nice music to feel better or talk to the person who is close to you. Best friend will be the right person to share your feeling.

I don't think you will get fired. If they fire you they will have to pay unemployment. They might make your job a nightmare or cut back on your hours trying to get you to quit but I don't think they would fire you that is my opinion. The only bad thing I see is performance reviews. I wouldn't worry also your personal life is your business no one else's

Generally speaking, companies don't like to fire employees because then they have to pay unemployment compensation. They may try to make your life a living hell though and try to get you to quit.

They probably won't fire you. That would be an expense to the company. They can try to push you into quitting though.

I dont think so. First thing I recommend is standing up for yourself. For me, slef respect is more important then being belideled.

Sounds like they are trying to run you off to avoid firing. Firing runs into legal implications
