i answered one exactly like this before...use a cd scratch remover. they seemed to like this answer as it worked for me as well

Jewelers can buff out scratches on watches. But you have to pay them to do it.

Use fine jeweler's rouge. (white in color) Apply to a cloth buffing wheel on your drill and buff the scratches out.

Go to a local jewelers and have them replace the crystal...it is not that much.

buff them off on glass or buy a new one if plastic. if metal it needs to be painted. see a watch repairman
