a place to live, can anyone give me info on either owner financing options or christian groups that help people get back on their feet, we both get ssi so we have some income coming in, any help would be great thanks.....

Go to any low income housing agency in the town or city you live in. Sign up for section 8 subsidized housing. If you Qualify you can get on the list but it may take awhile to get housing. Theres also a program they can tell you about that covers chronic homelessness. If you get it the cost is 30% of your monthly check.---Good Luck
