Go to your docotr and ask him for prenatal vitamins. Some women complain about these making them sick and that they are hard to swallow. Here is a list of important vitmins and minerals I know is critical during your pregnancy.

Water
Be sure to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Water is critical to keep nutrients flowing and allow your body to work properly. Note that bloating is NOT a sign normally of having too much water in you. It is a sign that your body feels a *drought condition* and has begun hoarding water. If you drink ample water each day, it will not be held onto like that.

Iron
Iron is critically important for a woman who wants to get pregnant - as well as key for her all during pregnancy and beyond. All females should keep track of their iron consumption. The classic sign of iron-poor blood is anemia. Iron-poor blood cells are unable to carry oxygen around the body, causing lethargy and other problems. Note that coffee, tea and cereal are known to interfere with iron absorption. Iron-rich foods include nuts, whole grain breads, egg yolks, chickpeas, lentils, pumpkin seeds, and red meat.

Calcium
This mineral is critical for her new infant, so its teeth, bones, nervous system and blood are all formed properly. Calcium-rich foods include dairy products, kale, broccoli, cabbage, salmon, sardines, and tofu.

Folic Acid
Folic acid is critical to help ensure your child is not born with Down's syndrome. Researchers have shown that folic acid helps not only in preventing Down's syndrome but also in spina bifida and other neural-tube defects. As little as 5mg a day helped with the risks. Folic Acid can be found in: spinach, broccoli, orange juice, and multi grains.

Congrats on your pregnancy!

Vitamin supplements should not be seen as a substitute for food. Try eating apples, or ginger, or something that is not too rich. Also, try eating little bits of food often to avoid the nausea.

Back to your question, look for any multivitamin that is specifically for pregnant women - they are high in folic acid, and you should have about 800mg (or miu or something) a day.

You can also try a smoothie with some yoghurt if you are able to handle that. :)

Stay on your prenatal vitamins, they will be plenty. For the morning sickness, try a glass of orange juice in the morning. I tried this for my last pregnancy (read it in a book) and it worked for at least a couple days, then I lived off of saltines. Don't worry about the baby not getting what it needs, it will take it from your body first. Usually this is what causes your sickness or later cravings. I was unable to take any vitamins through all three of my pregnancies, and all of my children are healthy. Read up on morning sickness, there are many so-called cures for it, you just have to try things out to see what works. Be happy your first trimester is almost over, and do not worry about the baby, he or she will be fine.

there are some vitamin supplements especially designed for pregnancy so that you get the right amount of each vitamin and mineral. Some vitamins and minerals are not advised during pregnancy due to the side effects it could have on the unborn fetus. So go for supplements especially designed for pregnancy. hope this helps. good luck.

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/Ya4fv

eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.
