It depends on your luteal phase, but if don't know what that is, you can guess that it is about 2 weeks before you are due for your period (24th March)

Start having sex every second day (if you have it more often, the quality of the sperm decreases) from just before then for the best chance of falling preg.

If you are trying to get preg, make sure you start taking folic acid (or any prenatal vitamin), to give your pregnancy the best chance.

Good luck!

I think they say you are most fertile (ovulating) on day 14 of your cycle. Count the first day of your period as day 1. If your cycle is 28 days, you should be ovulating on day 14. Supposedly if you start having sex around day 12, then go every other day, you increase your chances of introducing sperm to the egg. Good luck (and don't forget to have some fun!!)

Well, if you have a perfect 28 day cycle, you would ovulate on the 11th day of your cycle, starting from the first day of your period. I think alot of us are on 30 day cycles, which means you would ovulate on the 13th day of your cycle.

In order to determine the length of your cycle, go back to last month and from the first day fo your period, count until today, that will give you the length of your cycle.

So, to answer your question, if your period started today, you should ovulate around the 15th-17th of March. If you are ovulating, you should notice your temprature rise slightly, have egg-yolk like (texture..not colour!) mucus. If you are ovulating, you need to have sex after 24 hours but before 48 hours, in order to become pregnant.

I hope this helps, and Good Luck!!

If you mense cycle is normal that is 28days, your fertile day will be on the 14th from ur 1st day of period. For example if your menses came on 1st March...fertile day will be on the 14th March. BUT usually you would also consider the 2 days before and 2 days after the fertile date also cos u won't exactly know when is ur ovulation period (to be safe lah). Go to www.babycentre.com for more info on fertility period. There a calculator for u to calculate and see ur fertile period/ BEST OF LUCK DEAR!!!
