eat more food like fruits and vegatables also play the dojo thing and do tasks and stuff

2. Groom yourself every day with the toiletry items from the Grocery Store.


TIPS!!!!

1. Don't go digging. It just lowers your health.
2. Drinking water does nothing to help.
3. Your health will rise quickly if you are in the 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, and 60's, but it will rise more slowly in the 70's, 80's, and 90's.
