Of course you can get another master's degree.

However, the better MBA programs have a staff that will help you get a job -- and it is best to take advantage of that. If you get another master's after the MBA, you might have trouble finding a job.

A better approach would be to get a joint MA/MBA. It would probably involve an extra semester or year of school -- but you graduate with both at the same time & can take advantage of the MBA career services.

Not advisable for your employment prospects if you want a job in industry. They will think you are indecisive or a 'full-time' student.
