I was a flight attendant for 7 years. You apply for the job. Hopefully get an interview. Go to training wherever the company's hub is for 6-8 weeks and then get shipped off to whatever base they need f/a's at. Good luck. The best job ever!
ps - There is no flight attendant college, silly!

Join a good air hostess training college. check such institutes are there in you area or ask for help.
The most important is have patience to deal with good and bad customers. Good command over English and politeness and good manners are more important.
there are other things that will be taught in the collage like safety and managing emergencies etc., there are good colleges in pune city also
