It depends on what one considers romantic just as the perception of happiness means one thing to one person and something entirely different to another.
Personally, I feel my guy is the most romantic but let me tell you why. It's a long distance inet relationship and has been for over 2 years. He holds more hope than I do, I carry a spark of hope on when we will actually be together, but he has held on for this long and will continue, and has recently professed his love for me over the phone. We have been through a few arguements over the net just as if we were together. We both left each other alone for awhile thinking the distance and jobs, and timing, etc. just wouldn't work but here we are now telling each other we love each other. He is most romantic to me because he just wants so much to see my face in person and hold me. We joke about sex and are serious about what really matters, just being together!
