It really depends if you are basing your creation theory on a religion or Charles Darwin's theory of evolution. You could go in totally different directions if you wanted to.
Creation: Stagnant, icy air surrounds you as your eyes dialate in search of light. There is nothing. No planets, no stars, and no sun--just you. etc.
Remember to show, not tell.
For example:
Tell: John ate the apple.
Show: John picked the apple from the tree and sunk his teeth into its flesh, still warm from the day's sun.
