It's Ecuador, in Spanish República del Ecuador. It is in South America and borders with Colombia on the north, Peru on the south and east, and the Pacific Ocean on the west.

Ecuador is the only specific one I can think of. There's also Equatorial Guinea, but it doesn't literally mean equator.
