Yes, any undergrad major can enter a MBA program (just as any undergrad major can enter law school).

I know nothing about the nutrition field, so I don't know if a BS in Nutrition + MBA means anything in that field -- I bet it does, though.

However, any MBA will be courted reguardless of the undergrad major for management positions. The entry level caliber of the jobs will depend on the school you get an MBA from.

Most of the Ivy leauge schools (Harvard, Yale, etc.) don't have undergrad programs in business and believe that you should major in whatever you want (they focus on humanities) at the undergraduate level.

The nature of the MBA is such that you can ladder into it from almost any undergraduate preparation. Having a degree in nutrition and and MBA you would be very well prepared for a position in a job in the food industry, either a producer (e.g. Kraft) or retailer (e.g. Wendy's) as you would know something substantive about the business and not just business technique.
