You are talking about two different types of students. The terrorists who caused 911 were students of a fundamentalist group founded in Saudi Arabia and exported to Pakistan and Afghanistan. They studied nothing but the Koran. The ones being let in to the US are obviously after a proper education.

What caused 9/11 was the US foreign policy. Bin Laden was trained by the US to combat the Soviet forces in Afghanistan this monster although Saudi by origin is a US creation. Anytime, Anywhere there are oppressed people they will rise against their oppressor in ways that are unpredictable and sometimes unjustifiable in the eyes of bystanders like yourself

first of all... i don't know who told you it was students that caused 9/11, but you need to do some fact checking.
second, he can't discriminate against an entire socio-economic group because a few of them may or may not have helped Al-Quaeda fly a few planes into the Twin Towers. how would you feel if you were banned from a college for being white because two or three white people had gotten high at the college and blown up their dorm room?

some how you got a point but Universities actually competing on business and on foreign students so they don't care where students came from as long as they are doing good business. very careful checking are done on US embassies..
