you look average, but insecure. you FEEL ugly, obviously, because you wouldn't have asked this question. You probably take good care of yourself, if you "wonder" how you look, so i guess you could be considered hot, however, it always depends on the person who is looking at you. One guy may find a thin girl VERY hot, and the next guy might not because he prefers a more curvy woman. The best way to look "hot" or "sexy" is to take care of yourself, take pride in your appearance, and feel good about yourself. It shines through the exterior and people notice.
