my sis in law went into labor at like 12:00 and now its like 8:30 wher i am i am just a lil worried for her and the baby you think they will be ok i know it takes a while for someone to have a baby!?!

They'll be fine, I'm sure. Some women can take up to 30-40 some hours to give birth. Relax, and be strong for your sister in law.

She's fine. My labor with my daughter was 15 1/2 hours, and some people are in labor for a lot longer. I know two girls who were in actual labor for two days (no, not including false labor). One just had a very narrow pelvis, so the baby couldn't get her head through, and the other baby was sideways, but everyone was fine in both cases. 8 1/2 hours isn't a big deal. Don't worry. Tell them good luck!!!!!

she will be ok. it's normal to be in labor for a long time. the mother and baby will be ok start to worry if it her water has been broke for close to 24 hrs. but most of the time the doctors will do something before then. just remember she see you worried she will start to worry also. the key is to try to keep her as calm as possibe.

It's normal, especially if it is her first child. It took me over 24 hours for my first. If anything is wrong I'm sure the doctor will keep the family informed. Just try not to worry so much, and be patient.

relax my friend was in labor for 4 days n her and her lil girl or fine so just dont stress yourself out it will be ok xx

i am sure she'll be fine. is she at the hospital? if so they will monitor the baby's heart rate, how far apart the contractions are, and dilation. it does take a while to have a baby try not to worry, congratulations! hang in there.

You gotta have patience ! I know it's hard, but trust me it's
harder for her.

it took my cousin 14 hours and she and the baby were fine relax her dr. will keep them safe

relax it took me 72hours and i am fine. you will hear something soon just relax go out and get her some flowers or something. good luck uncle.
