You need to go to your OB/gyn and talk with them about it. You might be able to get a medical excuse that says something like you can only lift 15 pounds or less. That way they can't fire you, hopefully.

Please don't let anyone give you a hard time, either. My OB/gyn put me on bedrest at the end of my pregnancy. A friend of ours said, "A lady at my gym took spinning classes until the day she had her baby."

My point is this, everyone is different. Every pregnancy you have will be different from the last. Get to your doctor asap and ask them. If you are over exerting you can have problems, but if you are used to the work it might be okay, who knows for sure? The doctor knows!

Most losses happen within the first trimester. Lifting and moving are a no no. Tell your company. How long have you worked for the company? If more than 1 year, you should have full rights. They can not sack you (UK). Failing that, temp. But you stand a good chance of miscariage if you continue lifting and moving.

P.S. Congrats.

confident it ought to. i might examine jointly with your healthcare expert. faster or later you will could desire to the two flow on maternity depart or gentle accountability. frequently you would be counseled by potential of your healthcare expert to not carry something heavier than a milk jug. exercising is powerful for the time of being pregnant, yet heavy lifting could nicely be unsafe. each time you have a question like this in simple terms call your healthcare expert's place of work , if the nurses can't answer the question, they are in a position to relay a message to the record or set up an appointment for you. that's what they're their for.

You must be very careful when it comes to lifting. It puts lots of strain on the baby. Ask your doctor about your lifting restrictions and I would get a note from your doctor and submit it to your employer. By law, they have to accomidate you.

They have to give you a job you can do if there is one . I would suggest that you start looking for a different job. Its not good for the baby where you are now.
