Well... a device.

My cellphone (Sony Ericsson w810i) can play MP3's and uses Sony Pro Duo memory card (up to 4gb storage)

It also has a FM tuner on board to listen to FM stations and supports RDS.

That device almost meets your critera :)

The zune has a FM tuner in it, (no AM) However I hate the zune.

This is why I dislike Zune, and stick with my iPod.

Because of Digital Rights Managment

Microsoft's Zune will not play protected Windows Media Audio and Video purchased or 'rented' from Napster 2.0, Rhapsody, Yahoo! Unlimited, Movielink, Cinemanow, iTunes, or any other online media service.

!Thats Right!
Protected Microsoft media, that Microsoft promised would Play For Sure doesn't even play on its own device.
The Zune will not even play content previously purchased from Microsoft's own MSN Music store.

(If your purchasing music and downloading from an online store, and is DRM protected, the song must come from the Zune store)

The most major thing advertised about this player is that you can share the music you have on your zune, with other zune users....

*A shared song expires in three days even if it has not been played at all.
*Playing just a portion of a song (one minute of the song or half the song, whichever is shorter) counts as one "play"
*A song cannot be re-sent to the same device, nor can a song received from someone else be passed on to a third person.
*40% of the most popular Zune store downloads cannot be shared
*restrictions are applied even to material that is self-recorded which may then be released under a copyright-free license with stipulations of unprotected DRM

I really dont understand why people want a am/fm tuner on their mp3 player. Radio plays the same music over and over and over again from usually the top 100 list, gag! I have over 4,000 songs on my iPod, I dont need radio anymore, I have everything I want in here!

... if a new song comes out, and want to hear it 1,000 times, il download it, and play it 1,000 times anytime I want from my iPod...
